Funding
As an employer should you find yourself with the unenviable task of making redundancies, TheLightBulb can offer support and training for any "at risk" staff - for more information on Response to Redundancy funding contact Andrea Gregory.
In these uncertain times your staff need better skills than ever before for your business to succeed. When you train your staff, not only does your company gain the benefits of a more competent employee but the economy is strengthened by your ability to compete effectively in the world market.
TheLightBulb's apprentice programme can help you find high quality new recruits who can contribute from day one. Having an apprentice can delivery real returns to your bottom line. Apprentices tend to be eager, motivated, flexible and loyal to the company that invests in them. An apprentice joins an organisation because they have made an active choice to learn on the job and a commitment to a specific career. Contact Lesley Decker or Andrea Gregory for further information.
