TheLightBulb Apprenticeship Programme
Last August we wrote to our customers asking for feedback to help shape our new Apprenticeship programme. As a result, we have now been delivering apprenticeships since the end of 2009 matching the needs of local employers and young people.
Would you like high quality new recruits who can hit the ground running and contribute from day one?
If the answer is yes, having an apprentice can deliver real returns to your bottom line. Apprentices tend to be eager, motivated, and flexible and loyal to the company that invest in them, remember an apprentice is with you because they want to be- they have made an active choice to learn on the job and a commitment to a specific career. In a recent survey conducted by the Learning and Skills Council employers said that training an apprentice is more cost effective than hiring skilled staff, leading to overall training and recruitment savings for your organisation. As an employer we can provide apprentices for Business Admin, Customer Service, IT and Beauty. If you want to find out more then please contact Lesley Decker or Andrea Gregory.
